So, we are going to have another institute emphasizes postgraduate level education and advanced research in Europe AND the worldwide education/research "market".
Except synthesizing innovation capacity around the EU, how dose EIT compete with other similar counterparts around the world, both in student sources and professional expertises?
Will this new institute a wholly new organization or build up through merging current leading research organizations with some new born units? That will be another interesting point worth to have a closer look.
By the way, since I read this news in BizDeansTalk, is there role that business schools may play during the establishment of EIT, except participating KIC of EIT?
