Who is behind the blog?
PRiMEtime is a joint initiative between the Secretariat of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), an initiative of the United Nations Global Compact and Giselle Weybrecht, author of The Sustainable MBA: The Manager’s Guide to Green Business.

What is PRiMEtime?
PRiMEtime brings together and shares best practices on how to mainstream sustainability and responsible leadership into management education globally. The blog will serve as a platform to share and discuss inspirational activities that promote the development of responsible leaders.

What does PRiMEtime cover?
The blog will feature examples from around the world and will include both success stories and lessons learned. Posts will cover a wide variety of activities, ranging from efforts to embed sustainability and responsible leadership into curricula, student led initiatives, and the outcomes of partnerships with business, NGOs and other schools. The blog will also highlight the often forgotten “i” in PRME, by:

• Representing our INTERNATIONAL network through a growing collection of examples from across the globe,
• Exploring INNOVATIVE ideas that are being tested in management education,
• Taking an INTERDISCIPLINARY approach by both looking across the business school environment and learning from other industries and disciplines,
• Featuring INDIVIDUAL change makers who have transformed their institutions from within,
• Focusing on IMPLEMENTATION through practical examples, from lessons learned through “failure” to inspirational examples, and
• INSPIRING business schools to get more involved in mainstreaming responsible management education.

United Nations Global Compact Office: "PRME Anti-Corruption Working Group teacher resources highlighted at UNGC 10th Principle Meeting"

New York, 12 December 2012 – The PRME Working Group on Anti-Corruption presented a set of teaching materials targeting MBA students to business leaders at the Global Compact’s Meeting of the Working Group on the 10th Principle against Corruption, which was held on 10-11 December at UN Headquarters in New York.

Over the last two years, the PRME Working Group on Anti-Corruption has compiled an extensive selection of teaching guides, study questions, reading materials and case studies into a single resource for management educators. This “toolkit” contains a total of eleven modules on diverse topics such as international standards, legislation and behavior science. Fourteen schools in eleven countries are currently taking part in the curriculum’s pilot phase, which will end with an evaluation in May 2013. Development of an online platform and campaign marketing the toolkit to business schools will follow in mid-2013. See below for a list of participating schools.

“We need your help to develop students who are capable of meeting the challenge of corruption,” implored Matthias Kleinhempel, the PRME Working Group facilitator and Director of the Center for Governance and Transparency at IAE Business School in Argentina, “We urge you to partner with local business schools by providing case studies, guest lectures, and instruction.
