Founders Forum for Good brings together the world’s most dynamic digital entrepreneurs with the leaders of social and environmental organisations to accelerate how we tackle major social issues and inequalities at scale. It launches in June 2013 to build the legacy for Founders Forum, the community for the best global entrepreneurs which Brent Hoberman and Jonnie Goodwin established eight years ago. In June 2012, social and environmental leaders joined Founders Forum London for the first time: to test entrepreneurs’ willingness to engage in social issues and social leaders’ enthusiasm to access digital entrepreneurs. The strong appetite from both communities confirmed the need to create a platform of meaningful exchange. Founders Forum for Good works year round to curate, celebrate and support the most inspiring social entrepreneurs through mentoring, communications, events and funding. We believe digital technologies can positively disrupt how we tackle social and environmental challenges and that successful digital entrepreneurs should give skills, resources and time to help their counterparts in the non-profit sector flourish. Its chief executive is Dafna Ciechanover Bonas and chair is Martha Lane Fox.
