Since January 2011 we have successfully produced our Global ECU Forums in 10 countries on four continents.
Global ECU Forums are designed to address a wide range of exciting ideas; identify the challenges in establishing a Corporate University and present innovative ways to bring executive education into a brand new era. To remain competitive during these challenging times, businesses need to have a workforce that is better trained and utilised than their competitors. They also need to ensure that the strategic leadership of their business is high quality, innovative, advanced and, most importantly, effective.
At our events delegates are given the time and space to learn from others, reflect upon what works well and what mistakes can be avoided, discuss options for improving existing provision and explore the future of the Corporate University. Our now established and unique approach uses a unique “Global ECU Storyboard”. This has five CHAPTERS and is graphically represented by an amoeba – changing its shape and focus in response to different environmental demands whilst at the same time providing a road map for the journey towards creation, growth and sustainability.
