The MBA Cricket League (MCL) is an annual MBA cricket extravaganza hosted by the Cranfield School of Management and is the only cricket event attended by MBA students from the UK's top business schools.
Started in 2009, the MCL has completed four successful competitions, with active participation from LBS, Said, Judge, Manchester, Warwick, Imperial and Lancaster. Lancaster were the winner of MCL 2012 trophy. The 2010 trophy was won by Cranfield whilst Oxford were the winners in 2009 and 2011. The MCL competition is a competitive and celebratory event, which offers participants the opportunity for teamwork, leadership, friendship and networking, amongst fellow MBA students. Events are always well supported by students, faculty and their family and friends. The day of cricket is always followed by an evening of celebration and networking, with music, dance and performances.
